Medical records to be shared electronically as part of project in greater Brockton

“Starting next month, hundreds of thousands of local residents will be asked to allow their medical information to be shared electronically between doctors.It’s the next phase in a $50 million project, being piloted in greater Brockton and two other communities, to use computers for storing patient records and exchanging medical data.”
