“A health information exchange sponsored by a 600-physician independent practice association serving members in the Tarrant County region of northern Texas recently went live.
Sandlot LLC, a subsidiary of Fort Worth-based North Texas Specialty Physicians, operates the HIE, called SandlotConnect. Dallas-based Healthvision provides the interoperability platform for the HIE, which includes data management software from Initiate Systems Inc., Chicago.”
