“ARRA makes financial support for the implementation of health information technology available to healthcare entities including both physciians and hospitals. The problem is whether the amount available is enough to create movement within the healthcare industry. There is no clear definition of “meaningful use” but in order for physicians to be reimbursed they must meet this standard.”
