“African health experts ended their three-day meet ing in Addis Ababa on Wednesday with a recommendation to member states to abide by their commitments to develop national health policies and programmes.
They also called for innovative strategies to bring down mortality rates within the framework of access to health care for better maternal, neonatal and infant health.”
