Evaluatie Elektronisch Patiëntendossier (EPD)

TNS-NIPO for NPCF

Het overgrote deel (94%) heeft geen bezwaar gemaakt tegen het uitwisselen van medische gegevens via het EPD. De mensen die wel bezwaar gemaakt hebben (6%), maken zich vooral zorgen over hun privacy en de beveiliging van het systeem. Een opvallend resultaat is dat 55% van de bezwaarmakers toch ook voordelen ziet in het EPD en dat 53% van mening is dat de zorg door het EPD zal verbeteren.

“Bijna zeven van de tien Nederlanders heeft vertrouwen in de betrouwbaarheid van de uitwisseling van medische gegevens. Dat blijkt uit onderzoek dat de Nederlandse Patiënten Consumenten Federatie (NPCF) door TNS Nipo heeft laten uitvoeren over de houding van Nederlanders ten opzichte van het elektronisch patiëntendossier (EPD).
