“A GP practice in Southwark is to become the first in London to introduce the Summary Care Record, as the controversial project’s national rollout gathers pace.
The Princess Street Group Practice near Elephant and Castle has written to patients informing them about care records and giving them 12 weeks to opt out of having one. If they do not do so, patients will have their records uploaded in mid-November.”
