“The Albert Einstein Healthcare Network in Delaware Valley, Penn., is implementing eLearning modules to smooth the transition from a paper to a computerized record environment.
Ken Levitan, the network’s vice president and CIO, said, “A successful implementation of this complexity is dependent on thorough training of our employees and physicians.”
Tom Kreuzberger, vice president of eLearning at InfoLogix, the selected vendor, said, “While the ARRA stimulus act has put the spotlight on EMR implementations across the country, it’s important to note that the ultimate success of any EMR endeavor is dependent on the ability of the hospital’s clinicians and employees to utilize it properly,” said.”
