Harvard Blasts Hopes About Online Health Records

“As tech lovers, we tend to believe that technology can improve any operation in major and revolutionary ways. But a recent study from Harvard Medical School that took a look at operational efficiency in over 4,000 hospitals in a span of four years has found that when it comes to healthcare, technology — in the form of online medical records, information mining and order entry, and a range of other healthcare applications — is not the answer.”
