“MEMI Tech LLC in Louisville, Ky., has introduced a credit card-sized portable personal health record that plugs into any USB port on a computer using the Windows operating system.
The 911 Medical ID card includes a push-down USB tab. When inserted into a computer, a template opens to enable the user to enter family history, medical conditions and tests, allergies, prescriptions, living will, physician and emergency contacts, and other health information.”
