“CSC had a significant presence at this year’s World of Health IT Conference and Exhibition (WoHIT), held in Barcelona 15-18 March 2010. CSC was showcasing many of its innovative solutions and examples of best practice implemented across Europe, demonstrating how eHealthcare delivery is rapidly becoming a reality in many different countries. Other highlights included the launch of CSC’s European-wide ePrescription solution that will provide national ePrescription services following the success of multiple deployments in hospitals in Denmark.
Examples of CSC’s projects from around Europe included a number of large-scale National eHealth Programmes already being delivered, such as initiatives from the UK, the Netherlands and Denmark. Plus other solutions demonstrated were eHealth, clinical and care management solutions, plus payer side systems for health and accident insurance, which are currently delivering benefits in Austria and Switzerland.”
