There is no doubt that the past 5 years have witnessed significant sketchy and uncoordinated attempts to introduce improved access to specialist healthcare in Nigeria using the medium of information technology.
The worrisome aspect is gross lack of coordination of these efforts, and the relative paucity of ideas on the best way to move this idea from concept to program.
