What does ‘era of meaningful use’ really mean?

What does that mean? If you’re looking for hard data, Blumenthal pointed to the approximately 13,000 healthcare providers who have signed up to qualify for the EHR incentives. That number sounds encouraging, though it would be helpful to know what percent of total healthcare providers that entails.”
