That’s the takeaway message from the latest CHIME survey of CIOs when it comes to their efforts to prepare to meet the HITECH Meaningful Use requirements.
According to a senior CHIME official, “the road to meaningful use is proving more arduous than many had thought, as CIOs run into a number of nettlesome problems from IT staff shortages to quality measure snafus”.”
