“Two reporting tools in the Centricity Electronic Medical Record product of GE Healthcare may inaccurately report at least three meaningful use measures, the company has told customers.
The known affected measures are record demographics, smoking status and patient specific education. “The underlying clinical data and logic of the electronic medical record system remain sound,” according to the Waukesha, Wis.-based vendor.”
