“Researchers have found that difficulty implementing robotic telemedicine programs is the fault of licensing, credentialing and billing issues instead of staff, according to a study published in Telemedicine and e-Health.
For their study, researchers surveyed 106 individuals representing over 40 healthcare institutions and groups. Two-thirds of the respondents were physicians who had participated in a robotic telemedicine program.”
