Researchers analyze doctor-patient email interactions

“Many working professionals wouldn’t want to imagine what their job would be like without email. However, many physicians go about their profession with little or no email communication with patients. A new study by two University of Kansas professors examines email communications between doctors and patients in a primary care setting, finding how often they communicate, what topics they discuss and more.”
